We are excited that out of all the communities to choose from you chose this one. We are one of the oldest, unregulated non gated communities in Naples. Our community is an established, friendly, old style neighborhood situated in the best part of North Naples too! We have worked hard to keep our community beautiful and we continue to find ways to improve it. Here’s how we do it.

WE NEED YOU!

We need your membership. Currently our membership is up from prior years but we still are less than 50% of residents! Your annual $80 contribution makes a huge difference. With more memberships we are able to make more improvements. Please consider joining to help make this community even better. Become a Member

OUR FINANCES

  •  50%    on common area maintenance
  •  25%    on communication
  •  25%    on varied projects and improvements

For over thirty-five years the homeowners and residents of Palm River have supported the work of the Palm River Homeowners and Civic Association with their dues and contributions. Your Board of Directors typically receives and spends about $37,000 per year. Receipts are entirely from voluntary dues and other contributions. It should be pointed out, however, that 2015 and 2016 were not typical in that we additionally raised (still from voluntary contributions) about $40,000 to cover our community’s portion of the cost of Palm River Park. more
